Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Corporate Finance team in Washington, DC. You will support CFO Advisory engagements for Fortune 500 clients, helping design and implement financial solutions to improve performance.

The role requires 3+ years in financial consulting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel modelling. Travel to client sites is expected; CPA/CFA/MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
3+ years of relevant post graduate experience in financial consulting or advisory.
Experience as a consultant with FP&A, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Finance Transformation, Finance Technology, or Cash, Cost, and Capital.
Ability to synthesize and advise on complex financial concepts and translate to actionable recommendations.
Ability to travel to client sites and FTI office(s); US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Develop client work plans, including analyses, models and deliverables.
Support CFO advisory engagements for Fortune 500 clients and build client relationships.
Assist with internal practice development and marketing materials.
Lead engagement work streams with limited oversight.
Coach and train junior team members.
