Job summary

Addison Group in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Billing Operations to lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process and manage a team of revenue professionals. This permanent role offers a base salary of $150,000–$167,000 annually plus a 10%–15% bonus, onsite schedule, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

You will drive ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing automation, SOX readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of progressive revenue accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of accounting leadership or direct staff management experience.
• Deep ASC 606 expertise.
• SaaS industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order-to-cash cycle: contract intake, usage data, invoicing, and AR.
• Lead revenue recognition for usage-based arrangements with complex structures.
• Prepare ASC 606 documentation and revenue recognition memos.
• Lead monthly and quarterly revenue close activities and variance analysis.
• Oversee billing accuracy, invoicing, inquiries, disputes, and collections support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and billing accuracy.
