IDeaS, a global leader in revenue management solutions, seeks a Senior Manager, Accounting - Revenue and Billing to lead revenue recognition under GAAP, manage billing operations, and drive automation with ASC 606 compliance. The role partners with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and FP&A to ensure contract compliance and scalable processes.

Public-company readiness and audit support are key focus areas. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting (5+ years in revenue/billing), strong GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 5+ years in revenue recognition or billing for SaaS/software.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Public company or IPO experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and GAAP revenue recognition practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting operations with ASC 606 compliance.
• Oversee end-to-end billing processes and invoicing accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable, credit management, collections strategy and aging reporting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across revenue and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Legal, Product, and FP&A for contract compliance.
• Design scalable billing and revenue operations for public-readiness.
• Own audit readiness and support internal and external audits.
