Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a senior analytics leader to build an integrated revenue analytics practice, starting with ERP & non-ERP sources and evolving toward Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and broader Financial analytics.

You will establish certified datasets, a semantic layer, and repeatable analytics frameworks to enable self-serve insight while reducing ad-hoc reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in analytics/BI with evidence of business impact.
• Experience supervising technical staff (data engineers or analysts).
• Ability to create reusable analytics assets and consistent metrics.
• Strong business acumen and proactive analysis.
• Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or quality analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a differentiated sales analytics product to improve revenue decision-making.
• Extend analytics foundations to Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality domains.
• Design data products and a semantic layer as the single source of truth.
• Deliver governance, documentation, and data-quality practices to enable self-serve analytics.
• Contribute to a Analytics COE and execute a 12–18 month roadmap with IT leadership.
