Job summary

You will lead an Analytics COE, establish a 12–18 month roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive governance with CI/CD practices and AI-assisted analytics ideas to accelerate time-to-insight across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in analytics/BI/data roles with business impact.
• Expert SQL and strong data modeling for fact/dimension design.
• Proven ability to create reusable analytics assets (datasets, metrics, semantic definitions).
• Strong business acumen and proactive analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build a Sales revenue analytics capability that integrates non-ERP signals.
• Define and own curated analytics datasets and semantic layer across Sales/Finance.
• Lead Analytics COE with a 12–18 month roadmap and adoption metrics.
• Establish governance, testing, and documentation for trustable outputs.
