Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to strengthen global revenue assurance across SaaS, professional services, and license offerings. You will ensure ASC 606 compliant revenue recognition for complex multi-element contracts and support cross‑functional deal reviews with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2-4 years focused on revenue accounting in SaaS / tech.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and ability to evaluate complex contracts and multi-element arrangements.
• Public accounting experience and/or experience at a publicly traded company preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience owning components of monthly/quarterly close with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ARM in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment; RevPro/Salesforce/Power BI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as revenue recognition SME; advise on ASC 606 across complex arrangements and non-standard terms.
• Review and analyze contracts to determine correct revenue treatment and document conclusions.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close activities: reconciliations, analytics, forecasting support, disclosures.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, and Operations to ensure accurate contract setup and reporting.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements for scalability and compliance.
• Prepare revenue-related schedules and disclosures for internal and external reporting.
• Lead system implementations, automation, ERP enhancements, and integration projects.
• Define system requirements with business/tech partners; ensure alignment with policies.
• Coordinate UAT, validation, and change management for system changes.
• Support audits and maintain SOX controls; ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• Mentor junior staff on revenue accounting best practices.
