- Our client is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Senior Revenue Accountant to its Accounting team.
- This is a crucial role that will assist in overseeing revenue accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
- The role provides significant growth opportunity, encompassing day-to-day controllership duties as well as involvement in various project-based initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the monthly close process and reconciliations for revenue.
- Collaborate with the financial analytics data team, payment operations team, and other internal partners to determine accounting requirements for new platform projects and reconcile payment processor activity.
- Drive process improvements to reduce the Accounting Close Cycle duration.
- Document and implement revenue accounting processes and internal controls.
- Perform flux analyses for parts of the balance sheet.
- Manage external audits, including preparation and ongoing support.
- Ensure SOX compliance for revenue accounting.
- Perform special, ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA license preferred.
- 3+ years in accounting, including public accounting experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent accounting research and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications; experience with Oracle is strongly preferred.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
