Job summary

Greater Philadelphia Urban Affairs seeks a Reunification Support Coach Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA. The RSCS will guide day-to-day work of up to five coaches, ensuring a parent-centered coaching model and goal action plans to address reunification barriers.

The role uses data reports to confirm timely sessions, follow-ups, and progress, supports staff through monthly meetings, ensures documentation in Penelope, and coordinates with Family Court and community agencies; remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field required.
• A combination of a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Social Work, Psychology, or related field plus supervisory experience will be considered.
• Strong written, analytical, organizational, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day work of up to five Reunification Support Coaches.
• Monitor coaches’ GAP development and adherence to parent-centered coaching models.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/caregivers and ensure timely progress updates.
• Coordinate with Family Court, CUAs, and service providers to enroll participants in required services.
• Review and approve parent documentation and court-related reports.
• Lead monthly unit meetings and supervisory sessions, supporting staff development.
