Job summary

Progressive Life Center, Inc. (PLC) in the Philadelphia region seeks a visitation supervisor for the Family Time Homes program. You will supervise parent-child visits, coach families toward reunification, and document activities in PLC databases while ensuring compliance and safety.

You will work Monday through Friday, 11am–7pm, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. PLC offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive community-based

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of progressive experience with children, youth and families in human services.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parent-child visitation and coach parents until reunification.
• Identify and complete goals for the family.
• Conduct intakes and assessments.
• Support parents in creating a safe home environment.
• Support children's well-being.
• Ensure scheduling outside regular hours.
• Attend weekly supervision.
• Attend trainings.
• Enter and maintain data in PLC databases.

Skills

Effective oral and writing skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

Associates or bachelor’s in psychology, social work, counseling, education or other human service field
