First National Bank is seeking a Relationship Advisor 3 in Pittsburgh to deliver high-quality service to retirement clients, manage relationships across personal, corporate, non-profit or government sectors, and act as the client advocate within Wealth Management.

The role requires a BA/BS and 7 years in the field, with NAPA and other certifications preferred. You will coordinate with plan committees, portfolio managers, and record keepers to ensure a superior client experience and retention.

Qualifikationen

• BA or BS required.
• 7 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in financial services and investment products; knowledge of ERISA laws.
• ASPPA, AIF, NIPA or other industry certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepares and presents group and individual education meetings.
• Provides retirement industry expertise to the plan committee and the participants.
• Coordinates overall service with record keepers and third party administrators as appropriate.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with portfolio managers and provides investment oversight and guidance.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to enhance current client accounts or acquire new clients.
• Stays current on regulatory changes and reports changes to assigned manager.
• Adopts and practices the Leadership Doctrine and Best Practices Coaching guidelines.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees are responsible for risk management as required by the company's program.
