Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and consult on issues related to qualified retirement plans, IRAs, ESOPs, and benefits.
• Review guidance, memoranda, and client communications on retirement plan developments.
• Monitor regulatory developments with tax professionals and communicate implications.
• Contribute to internal and external communications about retirement plan developments.
• Train professionals on qualification requirements, operational compliance, and fiduciary issues.
• Support clients with plan design, compliance reviews, and plan-related transactions.
• Collaborate with other groups on issues intersecting retirement plans and payroll tax.
