Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
Demonstrated success in sales.
Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships by delivering personalized service and respond to plan and policy questions.
Relay clear information about policies and procedures.
Retain assets through guidance on plan options.
Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications.
Deliver optimal solutions in every interaction.
