Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice to participants in employer-sponsored plans. You will guide them through decisions, deepen relationships, and educate on distributions and tax implications while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the qualified retirement plan environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and people daily.
• Good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn Empower's record keeping system and Salesforce software.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required (or 63 & 65).
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by delivering personalized service and respond to plan questions with empathy.
• Relay accurate information and clear communication of policies and procedures.
• Retain assets through education and guidance on plan options.
• Educate customers on distribution decisions and tax implications.
• Deliver optimal solutions in every interaction.
• Collaborate with peers to problem solve and deliver results.
• Use tools and services to find best retirement-planning options.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
