Job summary

Facet is seeking a Lead Financial Planner to coach members aged 55+ through retirement, leveraging an AI-enabled tech stack and dedicated support. This role focuses on objective, holistic planning with a flat-fee model and no commissions.

You’ll conduct multiple virtual sessions daily, own the planning lifecycle, and build strong client relationships while operating in a remote, fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• CFP designation required; 15+ years of member-facing financial planning experience with emphasis on pre-retirement/retirement planning.
• Excellent follow up and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities and capacity to build client connections in a remote setting.
• Flexible hours to accommodate member meetings 2 nights per week.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools.
• Exceptional calendar management is a key to success as a Facet planner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4–6 virtual strategy sessions per day, translating complex concepts into actionable paths for members.
• Own the planning lifecycle from cash flow management and investment strategies to tax planning and risk management.
• Build deep trust and an elite client experience in a remote, scalable environment.
• Provide confidence and adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
• Manage calendar efficiently to balance client work with growth initiatives.
