Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Associate, Retirement Plan Services to support employer plan administration inquiries, change orders, and cross-functional teams. You will research, assess, and deliver timely guidance to clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders, applying retirement plan knowledge and regulatory requirements.

You’ll work across plan design, document, and compliance topics, manage escalations, and help improve workflows while maintaining high client satisfaction in a hybrid

Qualifications

• College degree and/or equivalent customer service experience.
• 2-4 years of retirement industry experience, preferred.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of retirement plan administration and regulatory requirements to provide consultative guidance and operational oversight to clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Research, assess, and deliver timely support to employer requests.
• Manage and resolve client and advisor escalations by evaluating impact and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Design and document processes, playbooks, and operational resources to enhance scalability and team effectiveness.
• Monitor quality and service outcomes, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
