This role involves consulting on retirement plan designs, independently interpreting ERISA laws, and ensuring compliance in plan documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in plan servicing and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.

This position offers flexibility with options for hybrid or fully remote work, competitive compensation ranging from $75K to $85K, along with performance bonuses and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with qualified/non-qualified plans.
• Experience in compliance and document drafting.

• Draft and maintain retirement plan documents in line with regulations.
