Job summary

Lawley Agency, LLC is seeking a dynamic leader for our retirement team in Buffalo, NY. You will mentor associates, design retirement plans, prepare proposals, and present to clients and participants to drive service excellence.

You will oversee workflow, improve efficiency, and coordinate mergers & acquisitions integration, while maintaining a 95% retention target and fostering strong client relationships. Hybrid schedule and professional growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

3+ years in retirement plan industry or related client relationship experience.
Leadership experience in retirement industry preferred.
SIE/Series 7 and 66 or Series 65 required (or willingness to obtain in 120 days).
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support retirement associates reinforcing standards.
Manage a book of Lawley Retirement clients, design plans, proposals and presentations.
Monitor workflow, service delivery, and client experience; drive improvements.
Lead mergers and acquisitions integration for retirement team and onboarding.
Coordinate with Sales for client onboarding and ongoing support.
Maintain retention goals of 95% or greater.
Mentor team members in retirement topics and systems.
Participate in leadership programs and maintain professionalism.
Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
