Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in retirement, advisory, and compliance services.
• Licensed (Series 65) and Life, Accident and Health.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Overview: Establish relationships across the organization to understand the firm’s offerings.
• Cross-Sell: Build business by connecting with current and prospective clients and educate them on full range of services.
• Prospect Meetings: Qualify prospects and analyze sales opportunities.
• Networking: Coordinate client/prospect events with marketing.
• Build Centers of Influence: Develop relationships with referral partners.
• Industry Expert: Stay updated through workshops and professional publications and networks.
