Job summary

PCS Retirement is seeking an Implementation Consultant to oversee seamless implementation and conversion of various retirement plan types with expert knowledge of retirement plan regulations. You will act as a primary liaison among clients, advisors, TPAs, and internal teams to ensure top-tier service and satisfaction.

The role requires managing complex projects, adhering to SLAs, and coordinating cross-functional efforts while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in client relationship management and coordinating projects in financial services.
Exposure to retirement products such as 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans is expected.
Ability to meet milestones and manage multiple tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and conversion of retirement plans with high accuracy.
Serve as liaison among clients, advisors, TPAs, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to SLA guidelines and manage migration milestones and Salesforce cases.
Coordinate plan document gathering and review with the plans team.
Conduct status meetings with plan sponsors on a regular basis.
Train payroll contacts and sponsors on the recordkeeping system and processes.
