The role demands 5+ years in retirement plans, strong plan sponsor and plan design knowledge, and a proactive, client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan experience preferred.
• Strong plan sponsor and plan design knowledge.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, client-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing retirement plan relationships while expanding the practice.
• Pursue new opportunities through existing clients, firm relationships, and outside lead sources.
• Connect with prospects, set meetings, present solutions, and close new business.
• Manage ongoing plan sponsor relationships and build scalable processes.
