Job summary

MAP Retirement USA LLC is seeking a Plan Document Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant retirement plan documents and timely onboarding of new plans. You will manage document workflows, liaise with clients, and support sales teams with plan documentation.

The role requires strong IRS/ERISA/DOL knowledge, excellent communication, and meticulous organization. You'll work with PensionPro and other systems in a national firm that values technology-forward, people-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IRS/DOL rules and ERISA retirement plan requirements.
• Experience drafting pre-approved and custom plan documents using vendor platforms.
• Ability to handle legislative restatements and updates within IRS deadlines.
• Experience with PEPs is a plus.
• SCP and VCP experience under EPCRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and amend plan documents for new and existing qualified retirement plans.
• Oversee plan installations, data validation, and document preparation.
• Ensure documents comply with IRS, ERISA, and DOL regulations.
• Track project status in PensionPro, FT Williams, Pipeline workflows.
• Support sales teams with plan-related documentation.
• Provide peer reviews and training coverage as needed.
