Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of retirement plans and IRS/ERISA regulations.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Proficiency in relevant software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support clients using the DGEM Plan Document System.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and developing training materials.
• Respond to client questions regarding document interpretation.
