This role demands advanced knowledge of ERISA and a collaborative approach with internal teams and Plan Sponsors. The expected salary range is between $75K and $85K with additional performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in qualified/non-qualified plans.
• Experience with document drafting and sales support.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Plan Sponsors to optimize defined contribution plans.
• Interpret ERISA and create compliant retirement plan documents.
• Draft and maintain plan documents ensuring alignment with design decisions.
