Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees in a retirement savings program. You will conduct enrollment and education meetings, participate in benefit fairs, and support annual plan reviews to improve participation and deferral rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan review and education planning process.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory for new plan enrollments.
