Job summary

BOK Financial seeks an experienced IW Plan Compliance Consultant to join its Plan Compliance Services group in Tulsa. You will apply advanced expertise to evaluate complex compliance matters, interpret regulatory requirements, and develop corrective action strategies with independence and sound professional judgment.

Responsibilities include advising sponsors, managing annual compliance projects, reviewing plan data, and guiding Associates and Analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance with 5–8 years of retirement plan compliance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan administration and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to manage moderately complex compliance projects from data to deliverable.
• Strong client relations and ability to communicate compliance risks to sponsors.
• Mentor and train Analysts and Associates.

Responsibilities

• Advise retirement plan sponsors on compliance requirements, plan design strategies, and regulatory changes.
• Independently manage annual compliance projects for moderately complex retirement plans.
• Review participant eligibility, compensation, and contributions for plan compliance.
• Conduct retirement plan compliance testing and allocation calculations.
• Provide technical guidance on compliance issues, correction methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Form 5500 filings, audit support, and corrective actions for operational issues.
• Support quality review, process improvements, and risk management initiatives.
