Job summary

BOK Financial in Tulsa, OK is seeking an IW Plan Compliance Associate to perform compliance services for retirement plans of low to moderate complexity, applying regulations to testing and reporting for client deliverables.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned plans, review plan eligibility and contributions, and support annual compliance activities while mentoring Analysts to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with retirement plan compliance testing and government reporting.
• Ability to prepare and analyze compliance projects including eligibility and contributions.
• Understanding of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations affecting qualified retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plans and provide timely client support.
• Manage annual compliance activities for low to moderately complex retirement plans.
• Review participant eligibility, compensation, and contributions to ensure plan compliance.
• Conduct nondiscrimination and allocation testing for retirement plans.
• Identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions with senior team members.
• Oversee Form 5500 filings, audit support, regulatory compliance, and process improvement efforts.
