Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 5+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and IRS/DOL regulations related to retirement plans.
• Experience reviewing or auditing work for accuracy and compliance.
• Familiarity with FT William software for 5500 and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a block of business and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform compliance testing and related duties, including 5500 prep.
• Reconcile assets and prepare 5500 forms and schedules.
• Prepare allocations for employer contributions and distributions.
• Respond to plan sponsors professionally and timely.
