Qualifications

• 6+ years in an Independent Retirement Analyst role with compliance testing experience.
• ASPPA QPA, NIPA equivalent, or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze census data.
• Prepare government forms, notices, and disclosures.
• Conduct advanced plan testing and compliance reviews.
• Perform non-discrimination testing and propose corrective actions.
• Complete analysis on daily recordkeeping and balance forward accounts.
• Discuss testing results, account analysis and goal setting with clients.
• Mentor and collaborate with teams and individuals from all departments.
• Support Consultants in client meetings.
