Sentry is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst or Senior Retirement Plan Analyst in Wisconsin, hybrid in Stevens Point or Madison. The role supports 401(k) product sales, development, and marketing, with project leadership responsibilities across departments.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in the 401(k) field, strong product and marketing knowledge, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Visa restrictions apply. Hybrid in-office schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Industry coursework such as CAPM, PMP, QPFC, CPFA, QKA, ARPC, AIF, AIFA, or CFP beneficial.
• Experience in retirement product development, project management, and marketing is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and support to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Lead department-level or cross-department projects across IT and business areas.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
