Job summary

Sentry is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide knowledge and support during the sales of 401(k) products, aimed at growth, retention, and profitability across Sentry Direct Writer sales producers.

The role is hybrid, located in Stevens Point, WI; Madison, WI; Davenport, IA; or El Paso, TX, with a non-fully-remote arrangement. Visa holders are not eligible for employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related 401(k) industry experience.
• Experience in retirement product development, project management and strategic project leadership.
• Experience in marketing group and 401(k) products and B2B communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and support including tracking and coordination of various projects ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Deliver department-level projects or assist with cross-department projects with multiple IT and business teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate on products to achieve business goals.
