Job summary

Sentry Insurance seeks a Senior Retirement Plan Analyst to provide technical knowledge and support during the sales of 401(k) products, driving growth, retention and profitability for Sentry Direct Writer sales producers.

You will develop and market 401(k) products, lead cross‑functional projects, analyze market data, and monitor product performance to meet strategic goals in a hybrid office environment across WI/IA/TX locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related 401(k) industry experience.
• Experience in retirement product development, project management and strategic leadership.
• Marketing of group and 401(k) products; B2B communications and sales cycle.
• Industry coursework such as CAPM, PMP, QPFC, CPFA, QKA, ARPC, AIF, AIFA or CFP.
• Knowledge of qualified retirement plans and group benefit insurance products.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination and support including tracking and coordination of projects.
• Deliver department level projects or cross-department projects with multiple IT/business teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and iterate on products to achieve business goals.
