Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Senior Retirement Operations Analyst to support an innovative retirement services initiative within a collaborative financial services environment. The role emphasizes retirement account knowledge, data-driven financial solutions, and strong investment operations experience.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Financial Services, with expertise in retirement accounts, distributions, and investment operations, and will work onsite during initial training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Investment Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Brokerage Operations, or Advisory Support.
• Strong understanding of retirement accounts, distributions, and investment operations.
• Experience reviewing financial data and supporting trade preparation activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retirement plans, cash flow needs, and distribution strategies.
• Review retirement account activity and identify gaps, inconsistencies, or required actions.
• Monitor daily cash activity and support retirement distribution processes.
• Prepare and coordinate investment trade recommendations.
• Support advisor-facing teams by researching requests and providing operational guidance.
• Maintain and track client and retirement plan data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Generate reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, efficiency, and scalability.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational best practices.
