Qualifications

• Experience working defined contribution plans including 403(b), 457, and 401(a).
• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
• Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment and retirement strategies.
• Prospect, schedule and conduct one on one appointments.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.

Skills

Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))

Territory management and business development

Relationship building

Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge

Education

Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans

Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preffered

Life & Health Insurance Licenses
