Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Retirement Income Product Manager to join the Institutional Division in Charlotte, NC (also in Newport Beach, CA, and Omaha, NE). The role drives Defined Contribution Lifetime Income strategies, translates market needs into product roadmaps, and aligns with internal and external partners to define the product vision and roadmap.

You will lead end-to-end product development, collaborate with risk, pricing, legal, finance, and sales, and coordinate with marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or a similar field.
• Extensive knowledge of retirement solutions and annuities in financial services, with a preference for Defined Contribution experience.
• 10–12 years of product development/management experience in retirement/insurance/annuity industries.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with divisional stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative and creative thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define institutional lifetime income product features and documentation for development teams.
• Collaborate with risk, pricing, legal, finance, sales and operations.
• Communicate and align on retirement product initiatives for internal approvals.
• Serve as retirement product expert across the division.
