Empower Retirement is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance in employer-sponsored plans. You will help participants navigate distributions, managed accounts, and tax implications while building strong relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in financial services, FINRA licenses, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with inbound/outbound calls. Colorado Aurora-based with a 6:00 am–7:00 pm MT schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.
• Good understanding of IRAs and retirement products/services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness education to participants in employer-sponsored plans.
• Guide participants through decision points and managed account solutions.
• Proactively engage to deepen relationships and support overall financial well-being.
• Communicate policies clearly and respond to plan-related questions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Collaborate with peers to problem solve and deliver results.
