The Senior Retirement Plan Benefits Analyst manages the day-to-day administration of Swire Coca-Cola's retirement programs, including 401(k), union pension, and non-qualified plans, while serving as the owner of the Financial Wellbeing program portfolio. Working with limited oversight, this role manages multiple programs simultaneously, resolves complex issues and sensitive escalations, partners with internal and external stakeholders on retirement policies and practices, and identifies opportunities to enhance retirement and financial wellbeing programs through process improvements and emerging industry trends.
