Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Benefits Analyst to manage day-to-day administration of retirement programs including 401(k) and union pension. You will own the Financial Wellbeing portfolio and coordinate audits, partner with ERISA counsel, and collaborate with Payroll for contributions and processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
• ERISA coursework preferred.
• CEBS/CBP/RPA designation preferred.
• Experience with union pension and non-qualified retirement plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of retirement programs (401(k), union pension, non-qualified).
• Own Financial Wellbeing programs, vendor management and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate audits and non-discrimination testing; report findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ERISA counsel on plan interpretation and regulatory matters.
• Work with Payroll on contributions, loan repayments and processing.
• Audit retirement deductions and employer matching in Dayforce; correct discrepancies.
• Resolve escalations and prepare analyses for leadership review.
• Support Retirement Committee governance and scheduling.
