Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of defined contribution, defined benefit and nonqualified plan administration experience.
• At least 5 years of HR, talent management, or accounting experience (benefits administration preferred).
• At least 5 years in a professional services or legal environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and operate retirement plans day-to-day, including reconciliation, distributions, and QDRO processing.
• Ensure plan legal compliance; manage annual audit, 5500, compliance testing; apply regulatory changes.
