Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan administration for US and Canada.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers, custodians, trustees, and service providers.
• Audit plan eligibility, data, contributions, distributions, loans, and system entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with Payroll to reconcile funding and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Support design changes, system implementations, vendor transitions, and process improvements.
