Arrow Electronics in Centennial, CO is seeking a Senior Retirement Analyst to join the Americas compensation and benefits team. You will oversee retirement plan operations, coordinate with recordkeepers and auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance across US and Canada.

The role requires 5–7 years of retirement benefits experience, strong MS Office and Workday skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and 5–7 years retirement benefits experience.
• Experience with plan administration, regulatory compliance, and audits is preferred.
• Familiarity with IRS, DOL, ERISA and Form 5500 reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead retirement plan administration in US/Canada with internal and third-party partners.
• Manage records with recordkeepers, custodians and service providers for compliance and service quality.
• Monitor plan operations and performance, drive efficiency and participant satisfaction.
• Oversee contributions processing and data integrity in partnership with Payroll.
• Audit eligibility, data, distributions, loans and system entries for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex inquiries and coordinate with vendors.
• Lead plan design changes, system implementations, and vendor transitions.
• Support broader benefits initiatives as needed.
