Job summary

World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily operations, sales performance, guest experience, merchandising, and team development.

As second-in-command, you will coach Retail Supervisors and Sales Associates, manage staff scheduling and reporting, drive KPI-driven sales, and ensure brand standards and exceptional service during high-volume events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Supervisors/Key Holders and Sales Associates; provide coaching and daily direction.
• Assist General Manager with store opening/closing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Oversee inventory receiving, replenishment, transfers, cycle counts, and merchandising.
• Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and service standards on the sales floor.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training; manage performance and development.
