Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to achieving sales goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming retail environment.
• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting merchandise, offering thoughtful recommendations and product insights.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
• Accurately process transactions and fulfill phone and online orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department objectives and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
• Adhere to all store-specific SOPs and company-wide retail policies.
• Uphold WEC’s commitment to excellence through respectful communication and adherence to the established chain of command.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support overall store success.
