SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Ocala, FL. You will support the store manager in building a high-performing team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will lead with passion, maintain integrity, and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring weekend availability and adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
