Mars United℠ Commerce, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Manager in Retail Consultancy. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop retail strategies, manage projects end-to-end from briefing through activation, and oversee budgets and timelines to deliver flawless executions.

You will own or support director-level work, build relationships with retailer partners, and guide performance reporting while traveling as needed to support national retainer clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing or media at retail.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with retail media networks and media vendors.
• Strategic thinking in Shopper Marketing and day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategies and tactics with cross-functional teams.
• Direct work of junior staff to ensure timelines and quality.
• Manage client projects from briefing to execution and reporting.
