Mars United℠ Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Consultancy to lead end-to-end client projects—from briefing to media and creative development—while managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. The Senior Manager may begin taking Director-level duties, owning a core retail business and strategy, with a focus on performance and connected commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in marketing or media at retail.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Experience working with retail media networks and media vendors.
• Strategic thinking in development of Shopper Marketing programs and management of day-to-day business.
• Sound decision making skills based in industry knowledge; strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimal strategies, concepts and tactics with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee and direct work of assigned staff ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage key client projects from briefing to execution and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with retailer client contacts.
• Ensure ad operations tagging and reporting are executed.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Measure post-promotion results using data provided by agency and client.
