Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager in Branson to shape guest experience and lead a store to exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. You will coach your team, develop the Assistant General Manager, and drive high-performance results in a fast-paced environment.

You will attend trainings, participate in leadership calls, and act as a mentor, ensuring customers receive complete solutions and the brand remains a top market performer.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience and must be able to coach and develop staff.
• Track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service in retail or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach sales associates to achieve store goals and model the sales process.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and act as a brand advocate.
• Provide ongoing sales training and drive incentives and promotions.
• Direct store operations, inventory controls, and staffing to support sales.
• Lead in sales strategy and ensure guests receive complete solutions.
