Job summary

Victra is hiring a Senior General Manager in Branson, MO to shape guest experiences and lead a high-performing team. You will coach staff, drive sales targets, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and participate in leadership calls and ongoing training to elevate store performance. You will lead by example, empower your team, and ensure customer solutions align with company vision while staying focused on store

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Assist in attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
• Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store.
• Ensure employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
• Help implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance.
• Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base.
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs.
• Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
• Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members.
• Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions.
• Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned.
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions.
