Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory's Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to help maintain a pleasant work environment and strong customer relationships.

You will assist the management team in reaching sales and budget goals, schedule store staff, process payroll information, and participate in interviews. You will also train and supervise new employees and support the work therapy program with professional conduct and reliable supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience and strong customer service.
• Ability to read income/expense reports; valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales, production, and expense goals.
• Schedule staff and handle payroll information.
• Screen applicants and participate in interviews.
• Train and supervise new employees; backup for Store Manager.
