Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to help run a profitable store and foster positive customer relationships.

You will assist management with sales goals, supervise staff, process payroll, handle interviews, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while supporting the work therapy program.

A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, sales experience, and ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Valid driver's license, excellent communication and customer service, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production, and expense budgets.
• Schedule store personnel and prepare payroll information.
• Receive applications, participate in interviews, and train new staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate sales and payroll reporting.
• Provide backup support to Store Manager and support the work therapy program.
