Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to support the management team in achieving sales, production, and budget goals. You will assist with staff scheduling, payroll, interviews, and onboarding while training new employees and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will help keep the store well-stocked, support the work therapy program, and represent professional conduct in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret income and expense reports.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent communication, customer service and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in meeting sales, production and expense budgets and ensure profitable operation.
• Schedule store personnel and complete payroll information for staff.
• Facilitate applications and interviews as requested and train/supervise new employees.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulations and maintain well-stocked store premises.
